"All Decked Out!" Your much deserved vacation awaits! This fully equipped home has everything you need to relax and unwind. A large private outdoor oasis featuring a hot tub, pool, quiet conversation areas, and an outdoor dining space. Less than 1 km to downtown Mahone Bay, where you can eat, shop, explore etc and close to the entrance to the walking/biking trails. Just a 10 min drive to historic Lunenburg, 20 mins to Oak Island, and many beaches & parks all within a 5-30 minute drive from town!

 

The space

The main level of the house has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area, two family rooms, each with a smart TV, and a 3pc bathroom. There's 3 bedrooms up, two with queen size beds, closets, etc and one with 2 twin beds. There is also a work space with a desk, and a 4pc bathroom. Please note, as the house is over 100 yrs old the original plank floors have some creaking, and the stairs are steep, so using the handrail is encouraged. There's a lovely sitting area under the grape vine covered pergola on the front deck, but please keep in mind this house was built in the horse & buggy days, so therefore cars are a bit closer than they would have been at that time. The outside decks in the back are all fenced around the pool/ hot tub and outdoor area and are gated at both ends of the property. Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any material inside house or outside on the property. We are also registered with the Nova Scotia Tourist Accommodations Registry #04111439432186982140

 

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home and all of the exterior decked, fenced in area. Lots of ample parking in the driveway to the side of the house.

 

Other things to note

Child safety gate (CSA Approved) is available for guests to install at the top of the stairs. Hardware is in place.
